I like helping people; and I am a good communicator, coordinator, and facilitator, which are all important characteristics when dealing with the complexities of a real estate transaction.
I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers and my clients range from first-time homebuyers to retirees. Each buyer or seller has their own unique set of needs and/or may be dealing with some unique challenges. I find it very rewarding guiding my clients through every step of their real estate journey.
Thirty-five years of business experience has provided me with opportunities to develop excellent communication and marketing skills, and expertise in project and contract management.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Management.
Former positions include Assistant Vice President of Wachovia Bank, Manager of Marketing Research; Project Manager and Administrative Manager, Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center; and Marketing Coordinator, Wake Forest Innovations.
My husband, Steve, and I have called Winston-Salem home for the past forty years; and we have owned five homes ranging from a fixer-upper to new construction. So as the saying goes I have “walked in your shoes”.
My priorities in life are my faith, family, friends and real estate.
